Repair:
We will try to repair the returned item (Example: watches, rings or company symbols, etc.). All electronics (Example: TV's, stereos, and tablets, etc.) are always replaced with the same or current available item.
Exchange:
Returning your current award for a completely different award selection. Please note you have 90 days from the time you received your award to exchange your award.
Credit:
You will receive a credit for the item returned. If applicable your points will be returned to your account or you will be able to place a new order.
Missing Piece:
A component is missing that should have been shipped or included with your award.
