Repair:
We will try to repair the returned item (Example: watches, rings, company symbols, etc.) All electronics (Example: TV's, stereos, tablets, etc.) are always replaced with the same or current available.
Exchange:
Returning your current award for a completely different award selection. Please note you have 90 days from the time you received your award to exchange it. Shipping of the award back to O.C. Tanner is the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping return costs will not be reimbursed.
Credit: You will receive a credit for the item returned. If applicable your points will be returned to your account or you will be able to place a new order.
Missing Piece:
A component is missing that should have been shipped or included with your award.
Please note O.C. Tanner cannot reimburse for out of pocket return shipping expenses. Please contact orders@octanner.com for questions or help printing your label.
